Administration of the Cooperative is performed by the General Assembly and the Senior Management, with inspection carried out by the Fiscal Board. The Administrative Board's mandate is triennial, with a minimum of a third of its members being replaced, and only one reelection of its president for a consecutive mandate. The president and vice-president of the Administrative Board, together with up to seven board members, comprise the Senior Management of the Cooperative. The fiscal board, consisting of three members and three substitutes, is elected annually by the General Assembly. The financial year coincides with the period of the harvest in the Central-South region of the country, considered to be from May 1, to April 30 the following year. The wide participation of associates in the cooperative's management process ensures that decision-making is representative.
