Copersucar has a wide training program for the growth and development of its staff. The Cooperative offers worker benefits equivalent to the country’s major centers and invests in social projects aimed at the welfare of the population.

Such characteristics have only been successfully established due to the innovative management process adopted by the Cooperative. With constant concern for its staff, the group of members’ production units applies tens of thousands of reais to activities related to health, education, nutrition, recreation and other social ends.

Its 500 employees receive medical assistance, a share of company results, child education assistance and study grants.

Copersucar adopts a commercial policy that prevents potential price volatility, especially during harvest and inter-harvest peaks. Credibility for the austerity of its business administration and its exemplary performance in the domestic and international financial system, the availability of credits in compatible volumes and in the most favorable conditions for the cooperative, are some of the qualities that benefit associates.
